These Brookie Bars are the perfect combination of chewy, sweet, buttery, crunch, with a flaky chocolate top layer. You get brownies & cookies all in one… our family just can’t get enough of these!
Irresistible Brookie Bars (top8free, vegan, gluten free)
Ingredients
- 1 batch of your favorite cookie dough
- 1 batch of your favorite brownie batter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Make cookie dough and press into bottom of two 8 x 8 pans.
- Refrigerate.
- Next, prepare brownie batter.
- Remove pans from fridge and pour brownie batter over top of cookie dough (dividing equally between pans).
- Spread brownie batter until it covers cookie dough layer completely.
- Bake on center oven rack at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Let cool in pan or eat warm.
