Our kids love this meal and so do we! In addition to tasting great and satisfying hunger, this meal is also quick and easy to make and has very little cleanup.
Hamburger Gravy Over Rice (dairy free, gluten free, top 8 free)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. 85% lean ground beef
- 3 cups condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sunflower milk or other milk substitute
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1 t. sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Combine with remaining ingredients over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
